Being a helping professional is  a gift to clients and broken-hearted  world.  Clients carry so much pain.  The complexity of our client's needs seems ever increasing in a world burdened by huge pain and suffering.  Healers are asked to tend to the wounds of our clients while struggling with our own struggling parts.  We matter too!  If you want to learn more about how to effectively work with struggling clients using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Meaning Making models of care; while nurturing your own tender parts, this program is for you!  We are here to guide your growth! Â
We offer LCSW supervision,  IFS & Meaning Making consultation groups for any healer excited to grow their competence with the IFS model, and IFS Consultation groups for IFSI LEVEL 1 and above graduates looking to deepen their skills, expand confidence  and perhaps move towards certification with the IFS Institute. Â
Together we explore magnificent therapy models, explore the impact of work and world on our own hard working parts, and practice using  skills in a safe and caring community of healers. Â
With interactive experiences for your mind, body, and soul, you'll learn how to care for the incredible healer you are and develop new skills, creativity and confidence that will serve the needs of your clients and help make the world a better place! .

Group Consultation
Put the techniques you learn into practice during group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own professional growth journey.
When you come to group, you’ll have opportunities to share what came up for you in practice, what challenged you and how your own parts were impacted. Most healers find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves and pushing for growth!

Join Lara Krawchuk, MSW, LCSW, MPH—certified IFS therapist/consultant and longtime MSW professor—for a small-group professional consultation series designed for helping professionals who already have a foundational understanding of IFS.
