Welcome to your personalized IFS Coaching Program. Together we will explore how to effectively utilize the  Internal Family Systems model towards personal healing and growth. You will learn and practice IFS in the safe presence of your IFS certified  and internationally respected coach, Lara Krawchuk. Let's begin your healing journey today!

What you'll get:

• 6 (50-minute) individual sessions of IFS
• Access to an IFS-certified coach with 30 years of mental health experience
• IFS resources and practice materials to use between sessions 

Coaching is never a substitute for psychotherapy.  If additional supports are needed to support your healing your coach will gently guide you towards appropriate resources.
